"I was charged, but never received a confirmation email"
If your order contains a PREORDER or BACKORDER item, as designated on the product name and product description, it'll first need to be manufactured before being shipped and thus will take some time to ship out. We cannot provide an ETA on when manufacture will complete early in the process, but will be sending out updates as we receive them.
If you have indeed received your confirmation email and you haven't ordered a pre-order/ backorder item, please see below:
Once an order is placed, there is a 1-3 business day timeline for processing before your order is shipped via the courier of your choice, but this processing timeline can vary, especially during launches and Holidays, and is by no means a set time frame. Once an order is fulfilled, you'll be sent an automated email with tracking information. Please keep in mind that if the shipping timeline includes X-Days shipping, processing is not included. The X-Days shipping is an estimate and we cannot control whether your package arrives within that timeline is an estimate provided by the courier.
If it hasn't been at least 7 business days since you placed your order:
Please give it some more time to process. This 7 business day timeline is to account for those times when order load is causing processing time to increase.
If 7 business days have passed since you placed our order:
Please first check to see if you received your tracking information via the email associated with your order (make sure to check your spam mail box too). If you haven't received your tracking information, please contact us via the support button at www.barbellbrigade.com or email us at email@example.com and let us know so we can further investigate.
If you have already received your tracking information:
Please use the tracking information to follow the status of your package. We cannot provide more details than those provided on the tracking information, as we do not control delivery once the package leaves our facility.
