Very sorry if your tracking information hasn't been updated. International tracking is limited and not guaranteed, so this isn't a big cause for concern. Sometimes tracking information is simply not updated until the package arrives.
However, unless customs clearance has already been achieved, what is most likely happening is that the package is being processed through customs because, during that time, tracking does not update.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide an ETA for when the package will be released from customs because that depends on your Country's Customs System. Usually, this process takes a couple of weeks, but they can hold your package for an extended period of time.
If it's been more than two weeks since the last tracking update, first check for attempted delivery slips. If you don't have any, we recommend contacting your Country's Postal Service (USPS hands the package off to them once it arrives in your country, after customs) or your country's customs system for further assistance, as do not control delivery after it leaves our facility.
