"Can I change / add to / cancel what I ordered?" (size, style, color)

NOTICE: DURING AND AFTER SALES EVENTS, ALL ORDERS WILL IMMEDIATELY START PROCESSING ONCE THE ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED. THIS IS TO ENSURE SPEEDY SHIPMENT DURING HIGH VOLUME TIMES.

As such, we apologize, but any and all adjustments to orders are no longer possible. If you would like to make any adjustment, you'll have to do so after receiving the item.

Once an order is placed, we cannot add or change what was ordered. Additionally, once your order has been fulfilled or is in processing, we cannot make ANY adjustments.

Adding onto your order:

If you would like to add something to your order, please first make sure that the item you are requesting is in stock, if not, we cannot make the adjustment. If so, you do have two options:

  1. Order what you would like to add separately.
    • The downside is that shipping will be charged twice and it is not something we will waive.
  2. Cancel the entire order and you reorder the correct items together.
    • If you would like to go with this option see the Full or Partial Cancellation Request section below.

 

Change what was ordered (Size, Style, Color):

If you would like to change the style, color, or size of what you ordered, please first make sure that the item you are requesting is in stock, if not, we cannot make the adjustment. If so, you do have two options:

  1. You can request a partial cancellation (if applicable) of the wrong item and order the correct one separately:
    • Shipping will be charged twice and it is not something we will waive.
    • There is no guarantee that we'll be able to cancel the portion of your order as requested.
      • We recommend holding off of reordering until we receive confirmation of the cancellation to avoid over-ordering.
    • If we are able to cancel the items and you reorder, you may be charged for both while the refund processes.
    • If we cancel part of your order, you may not get the same items if the gear sells out in the meantime.

  2. You can request a full cancellation and order the correct items separately:
    • There is no guarantee that we'll be able to cancel the order as requested.
      • We recommend holding off of reordering until we receive confirmation of the cancellation to avoid over-ordering.
    • If we are able to cancel the items and you reorder, you may be charged for both while the refund processes.
    • If we cancel the order, you may not get the same items if the gear sells out in the meantime.

Full or Partial Cancellation Request:

If you need to make an adjustment to your order:

  1. Check that you did not receive a tracking email.
    • If you have, it is too late, your order will be coming regardless. You can either return your order for a refund or request an exchange at www.barbellbrigade.com/a/returns
    • If not, continue to #2.
      • Note: There is no guarantee that your order can be adjusted regardless of fulfillment status.

  2. Please contact us via the Support Button at www.barbellbrigade.com or email us at customerservice@barbellbrigade.com as soon as possible with the following information:
