It is possible that mail courier may have mistakenly labeled the package as delivered. This is a common issue and we recommend waiting at least 3 business days for the mail courier to fix their error. In the mean time, you may want to check with neighbors or housemates to see if anyone may have gotten your package.
If your package does not ultimately arrive, you will need to contact your local postal service* for further assistance as we have no control over delivery once it leaves our facility and wouldn't have any information past what is already available in the tracking information.
*FedEx/ USPS for domestic, Royal Mail for UK, Canada Post for Canada, AUS Post for Australia, NZ Post for New Zealand, Sing Post for Singapore, etc. Your tracking number will work on these websites as well if it has arrived in their care.
